Digitally Sign Purchase Agreement

MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (OTP)

1. PARTIES & PROPERTY: This Agreement is entered between CTB Realty Developer Partner and the BUYER. Subject Property: Vela Bay 3-Bedroom Premium Unit.

2. OPTION FEE: The Buyer agrees to pay an Option Fee amounting to 1% of the Purchase Price (S$21,000) to secure the Option to Purchase (OTP).

3. STAMP DUTIES: The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the payment of Buyer's Stamp Duty (BSD) and Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty (ABSD), if applicable, is the sole responsibility of the Buyer and must be paid to IRAS within 14 days of exercising the OTP.

4. COMPLETION: The legal completion of sale and purchase shall take place 10 weeks from the date of exercise of option at the offices of the appointed conveyancing lawyer.
