Where do these numbers come from?
Public HDB resale data (data.gov.sg) — 12-month medians for your town and flat type, refreshed quarterly. The on-page figures are town-level with a shown range; your full report narrows to your actual block and stack.
What happens when I message you?
You get your report, once, free. No broadcast lists, no weekly blasts, no calls unless you ask for one. If the numbers say don't move, the report says don't move.
Is this an official valuation?
No — it's a data-backed estimate with the assumptions published below it. An official valuation needs a licensed valuer and a site visit; the report tells you whether it's even worth commissioning one.
